What counts as a user?
Each agent or team member with their own login. Every plan includes one user in the starting price; additional users are billed at the plan's per-user rate (+$70/mo on Base, +$120/mo on Pro).
Do I pay more when I add a teammate?
Yes — adding a seat adds your plan's per-user rate to your monthly bill. You can add or remove seats anytime; we'll prorate the change.
Is there a setup fee?
Base and Pro have no setup fee — you start free and only pay once you continue. Enterprise starts at $3,000 for white-glove setup and data migration.
How do I get started?
Start free — fill a quick intake, then we'll book your first call to learn your operation and get you set up. Paid billing only begins when you decide to continue.
Do load board posts cost extra?
TheCarGo doesn't charge per posting. Your own Central and Super Dispatch accounts are billed by those platforms directly.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Yearly plans are prepaid for the 20% discount.
